The Museum offers the possibility of taking previously arranged guided tours for groups in the most suitable language and day. It's also available to buy a combined ticket for all Museum's centres for a lower price than if you buy tickets separately.

The City History Museum is the institution in charge of the conservation, research, documentation, reassessment, and dissemination of the historic heritage of the city of Barcelona. It is made up of the few distinguished Centres situated in different parts of Barcelona and includes the following:

• Monumental Ensemble of the Plaça del Rei


• The Museum-Monastery of Pedralbes


• The Verdaguer Museum-House


• The Park Güell Interpretation Centre


• Poble Sec Air Raid Shelter


• The Saint Catherine Archaeological Interpretation Site

Apart from its basic activity it also organizes guided tours at the temporary and permanent exhibitions in all the Museum's centres, historic and literary itineraries, activities for families, series of lectures, and others.
