The Air Raid Shelter is one of the biggest and most well built tunnel in Poble Sec. It has a length of more than 200 metres and was a shelter for 2000 people during the Spanish Civil War protecting them from the bombs. This Shelter (number 307) is an evidence of one of most significant facts of that war - the bombing of civilians in the rearguard.

To the year 2007 it was possible to visit only small part of this shelter. Now it is restored so you can see the whole tunnel.
