Group visits must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm and from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Tel. 93 225 42 44

Opening hours:

From Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm
Wednesdays from 10 am to 8 pm
Sundays and public holidays from 10 am to 2.30 pm
Mondays closed (except public holidays)
Closed on 25 and 26 Dec and 1 and 6 Jan

Free admission to the museum on the first Sunday of the month.


The Museum of the History of Catalonia shows the history of Catalonia. Its main goal is to aware people of this great cultural heritage which is also the important part of their national history. The collection contains the wide range of preserved objects related to Catalans and it's divided into few sections. This makes up a museum's permanent exhibition.
